This month, we are bringing residents ways to celebrate National Brownie Day on December 8th. Find some delicious recipes online or use your family’s age-old recipe, either way, don’t forget the milk! Whip of a batch of brownies in your apartment to celebrate!

Letter writing may seem like a thing of the past, but that’s not true! Receiving something other than junk or bills in the mail can brighten anyone’s day, so do what you can to bring that joy to a loved one’s life by sending a letter. Whether it’s a holiday greeting card or a simple update about your life, it can be an opportunity to bond with someone, whether they live a few cities over or across the world.

If making gingerbread houses isn’t already an annual December tradition for you, making one this year on National Gingerbread House Day (December 12) could end up sparking your next family tradition. Head to the store to to pick up some candies and frosting to use as building materials of your holiday decor.
